The main task is to monitor the workload in the studio and the timing of projects.

Duties:

•  Read drawings, draw up and control estimate documentation for projects.
•  Control spending and cancellation of material resources.
•  Accounting and analysis of settlements with counterparties and suppliers, control over the fulfillment of contractual   obligations.
•  Check acceptance certificates (corresponding volume of performed work).
•  Monitoring of prices for works and building materials.
•  Evaluate and control costs at various stages of construction.
•  Author and technical supervision of the entire process of construction works at the studio facilities.
•  Organization and control of repair and construction, repair and finishing, construction and installation work following the   project documentation, technical conditions and other normative documents.
•  Control the timing and quality of work according to the approved plan.
•  Keeping electronic reporting (registration materials, tools, and other resources, photo and video reports on the progress of   work on the project).
•  Communication with contractors, subcontractors, construction crews, customer, project manager.
•  Maintaining construction schedules.
