You’ll be responsible for:

Maintaining a positive atmosphere in the team;
Organizing corporate events and holidays;
New employees onboarding (organization of the workplace, acquaintance with the team, corporate culture, office, etc.);
Assisting in the training process for new hires;
Office maintenance (ordering water, tea, office supplies - everything to keep the space living);
Organizing business trips for employees (booking tickets, hotels, etc.);
Receiving and sorting incoming mail and deliveries, managing outgoing mail (controlling courier delivery, including contract signing);
Paying utility and other bills;
Keeping a CEO's calendar, planning and organizing meetings & events;
Monitoring the state of office equipment, calling specialists for planned or urgent maintenance;
Performing receptionist duties: greeting visitors, answering phone calls, preparing a meeting room, coffee/tea serving;
Providing other administrative support when necessary.
