PR MANAGER

Develop the project presentation layouts;

OFFICE MANAGER

You’ll be responsible for:
Maintaining a positive atmosphere in the team;
Organizing corporate events and holidays;

Assisting in the training process for new hires;
Office maintenance (ordering water, tea, office supplies - everything to keep the space living);

Providing other administrative support when necessary.

HR MANAGER
An HR manager at IQOSA is an HR Generalist, a Talent Hunter, and a strategic business partner at the same time.

You’ll be in charge of Recruiting, Onboarding, Assessment, Teambuilding, Motivation, Employer branding, and Offboarding processes.

If you:
Are experienced in process optimization, creating procedure protocols, and their successful implementation;
Know how to effectively use the search tools to source candidates;
Follow digital trends,
Understand the selection techniques and can conduct high-quality interviews;
Can quickly come up with creative and effective motivational and training programs.
Then your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining all documentation of the HR department (job descriptions, job profiles, protocols, checklists, instructions);
Organizing a full cycle of new employees searching (resume selection, recommendations sourcing, over-the-phone and in-person interviews);
Following the HR trends, being initiative and proactive in the implementation of the new ideas;
Corporate culture development;
Organizing internal communications;
Collecting feedback from the team (eNPS, 1: 1, assessment, testing);
Organizing team development (training programs, team-building activities, corporate retreats and vacations);
Working with the employer's corporate brand and the employee’s personal brand;
Assistance in automation processes, KPI.
Meetings with the studio’s CEO and executives, consulting them on personnel-related issues.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a similar position with a lot of successful cases that prove your skills;
Basic knowledge of human psychology will be an advantage;
Successful completion of various HR courses, workshops, training; solid knowledge of HR trends, techniques, and strategies;
Having your developed HR network, communicating with influencers and recruiters worldwide will be an advantage
