This two-bedroom apartment impresses with the ability to fit the busy urban environment and give the joy of a calm, private life. IQOSA designed this project for a young couple who favor functionality but never settle for boring. ‘That’s totally our way!’ we agreed. Developed with contrasts and accents in mind, this interior is interesting to look at and pleasant to live in. Let’s review it in details.

We chose dark herringbone parquet flooring and light wall panels with classical moldings as a base and Minotti furniture as accents. Since the color palette of the living room is rather neutral, we decided to go hard on the form. Hence, rounded angles and sophisticated shapes.

Vertical lines of brass profiles, glass panels, and floor-to-ceiling curtains added a touch of grandeur to the owners’ bedroom. What we particularly like about this bedroom is the pistachio color of the walls — a truly unique choice that freshens up the whole space!

Brass elements are used throughout the interior, and they look particularly chic when combined with glass and marble.

To get a laconic bathroom design, we decided to use dark and light marble and brass water fixtures. The result? Luxurious simplicity.

We decided to keep another bedroom rather neutral, which would allow for easy repurposing of the space into a nursery in the future.

In the guest bathroom, we placed the bathtub and vanity with a sink alongside the mirrored wall, which helped us enlarge the space visually.
